Independent Medical/Psychological Examiner
Independent medical examination clinicians aid in identifying a claimant’s (disability or workers’ compensation) ability to function. Evaluators review claimant medical records, perform clinical interviews, conduct physical or neuro exams, administer psychological/neuropsychological testing, confer with treating providers, and formulate reports detailing opinions about an individual’s level of functioning. These examinations are conducted in your office. This service is available to all physical medical specialists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and neuropsychologists.
To be a part of our independent medical examination panel we require the following:
- Doctorate level degree in psychology, neuropsychology, or MD
- Board certification in your area of specialty (physicians only)
- Active state license in good standing
- Office outside your home to conduct evaluations
