Our History

For over 25 years, R3 Continuum (R3) has been a pioneer and innovator in the field of workplace behavioral health. The R3 brand made its official debut on April 4, 2016, celebrating the merger of our three sister companies: Behavioral Medical Intervention, Crisis Management International, and Crisis Care Network.

 

Early on, we recognized the need for expert, reliable and highly-responsive behavioral health interventions, and solutions to promote workplace well-being and performance in the face of an ever-changing and often unpredictable world. Today, we continue to be sought out thought leaders, while paving the way in the respective industries we serve. R3 strives to continually listen to the needs of our clients and the marketplace to inform the development of unprecedented and effective solutions.
