Expert and caring clinicians are central to R3’s ability to provide custom, innovative, and effective solutions. Our unique and rigorous clinician recruitment process propels our ability to identify top-notch clinicians who meet our high-quality standards.

We recruit and select only highly-skilled, practicing clinicians using specific criteria and credentialing standards. Once contracted, R3 clinicians are required to complete service-related training. For some services, clinicians are required to go through a provisional period during which we assess their work for accuracy, timeliness, clinical relevance, best practices, and recommendations consistent with contemporary medicine. Our hands-on training and onboarding approach means our clinicians are better prepared, engaged, and equipped to deliver the high-quality service our clients deserve.
